I&#39;m glad it seems to have been a step down a useful path because I know that doesn&#39;t always happen with the first doctor you see.<br /><br />One of my two local clinics (I&#39;ve worked with both) is full of Joanne&#39;s -- every single person, from the office staff through the REs, with just one exception (and really, she&#39;s OK, but she&#39;s no Joanne). It&#39;s a good thing. Whenever anyone asks me about the place I&#39;m always sure to tell them about how caring and supportive the staff are.
